PAULO FERNANDO CAMPANA FILHO

Paulo Campana has extensive experience in advising creditors, debtors and investors on issues related to debt restructuring, reorganization and investment in companies in financial difficulties.

Paulo holds a bachelor's degree and doctorate from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP), and a master's degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (UC).

Paulo is a founding member of TMA Brasil and participates in several of its committees, is a member of INSOL International and of IBR, and participated in next generation leadership programs of the International Insolvency Institute (III) and the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ).

He is a speaker, book coordinator, and author of articles, in Brazil and abroad, on topics related to insolvency and restructuring, and in particular its international aspects. The list of articles can be consulted at paulocampana.com.

João Pacca has extensive experience in advising creditors, debtors and investors on issues related to debt restructuring, reorganization and investment in companies in financial difficulties.

João has a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP); and a master's degree (LLM) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He is also a specialist in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

João Pacca is a member of TMA Brasil and INSOL International.
